What is this product

An open C-shaped washer that slides over a clamping stud without requiring full nut removal, enabling rapid workpiece changeover by allowing the nut to be backed off just slightly.
Where is it used?

Used in CNC machining centres, milling fixtures, and production workholding setups where fast workpiece changeover is required between machining cycles.
Best suited for? (Machines / Applications)

Compatible with standard clamping studs and T-bolts across all major VMC machine table sizes and workholding systems. Works with all standard nut sizes.
What problem does it solve?

Conventional washers require full nut removal and replacement during workpiece changeover, wasting time. A C-washer enables the nut to be loosened slightly and the washer slid off, cutting changeover time significantly in production environments.
