The contents of the kit are made as per IS standards / DIN standards and undergo extensive quality checking process for dimensional conformity and finish.

The parts are machined from flats/round bars and not forged and hence reliability is higher.

The threads on the studs are rolled on a hydraulically operated rolling machine and the threads and tapped holes are checked for GO/NOGO conformity.

All products are housed in a wooden box.

All products (Except Plain washer which is case hardened) are made of medium carbon steel, heat treated to 8.8 grade and chemically blackened.

For 18mm T-Slot kits, we recommend M16 threads which provide the required clamping force corresponding to 18mm T-Slots. The clamps provided are also more robust and provide higher clamping forces.
