What is this product

A heavy-duty mould clamp with a support bolt, specifically designed for clamping injection moulds to platen surfaces on injection moulding machines.
Where is it used?

Used on injection moulding machines for clamping mould tools to machine platens during production. Compatible with all horizontal and vertical injection moulding machine types.
Best suited for? (Machines / Applications)

Compatible with injection moulding machines from Haitian, L&T, Toshiba, Arburg, Engel, Fanuc, and all other major IMM brands. Available for standard platen T-slot configurations.
What problem does it solve?

A mould clamp failure during injection moulding causes the mould to shift or eject from the platen, resulting in catastrophic mould damage, machine damage, and serious safety risk. Heavy-duty mould clamps with rated support bolts prevent this failure mode.
