Hardened steel pads designed to fit on top of screw jacks to increase the contact area between the jack and the workpiece, distributing the support load and preventing surface damage.
Where is it used?
Used wherever screw jacks are deployed in CNC machining, inspection, and fixture setups — particularly for soft material workpieces, finished surfaces, and thin-walled components.
Best suited for? (Machines / Applications)
Compatible with standard screw jack heads across all major workholding brands. Available in flat, serrated, and spherical face configurations for different surface conditions.
What problem does it solve?
A bare screw jack head concentrates load on a small point, risking indentation of soft materials or finished surfaces. A hardened pad distributes this load and protects the workpiece surface quality.
