What is this product

A hardened steel strap clamp with a serrated underside that bites into the workpiece surface, providing anti-slip clamping grip particularly effective for smooth or finished workpiece surfaces.
Where is it used?

Used in CNC machining centres and milling fixtures where workpiece surface finish or material makes conventional smooth clamps prone to slipping under cutting forces.

Compatible with standard T-slot machine tables across all major VMC and milling machine brands. Particularly effective for aluminium, stainless steel, and other low-friction materials prone to workpiece slip.
What problem does it solve?

Smooth-faced clamps on slippery workpiece surfaces can allow the workpiece to shift laterally under cutting forces. Serrated faces dig into the surface, preventing this dangerous lateral slip.
