  3. Annular Ring provided for seating of the clamping stud on the platen without damaging the front threads of the platen hole.
  4. Annular Ring provides increased area allows for better distribution of the clamping forces on the platen.
  5. Spanner Flat is also provided for easy securing of the stud into the platen
