What is this product

A heavy-duty downhold milling clamp designed to secure workpieces directly against the machine table, applying downward and inward clamping force simultaneously for maximum holding rigidity.
Where is it used?

Used in CNC vertical machining centres, milling machines, jig boring machines, and fixture plates for machining steel, cast iron, and aluminium workpieces under heavy cutting conditions.
Best suited for? (Machines / Applications)

Best suited for VMC and HMC machine tables on BFW, ACE, Jyoti, KENT, Lokesh, and Haas machines. Fits standard T-slots of 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm width.
What problem does it solve?

Standard strap clamps apply force at an angle, risking workpiece lift during heavy cuts. A downhold clamp applies force directly downward, eliminating lift and reducing vibration for better surface finish and tool life.
