What is this product

A hardened steel rhombus-shaped T-nut that fits into machine table T-slots, providing the threaded location point for T-bolts in workholding setups.
Where is it used?

Used in CNC machining centres, milling machines, drilling machines, and fixture plates wherever T-bolt workholding is required.
Best suited for? (Machines / Applications)

Compatible with 12mm, 14mm, and 16mm T-slot machine tables on BFW, ACE, Jyoti, KENT, Lokesh, and Haas VMC and HMC machines.
What problem does it solve?

A soft or worn T-nut strips under clamping torque, causing sudden loss of clamping force during machining — a serious safety risk. Hardened steel T-nuts maintain their thread integrity under full clamping torque.
