What is this product

A serrated step block providing multiple fixed height positions through its stepped and serrated profile, used to support workholding clamps at the correct height during VMC and milling setups.
Where is it used?

Used in CNC machining centres, milling machines, and fixture setups as the height-adjustable support element for strap clamps in standard workholding configurations.

Compatible with all standard T-slot machine tables across BFW, ACE, Jyoti, KENT, Lokesh, Haas, and other major VMC and milling machine brands. Works with all standard strap clamp widths.
What problem does it solve?

A strap clamp without proper step block support applies force at the wrong angle, reducing clamping effectiveness and risking workpiece lift. A correctly matched step block ensures the clamp applies full downward force to the workpiece.
