The same workholding component range as the Universal Kit, supplied with a wall-mounted storage board that gives every component a fixed, visible position. In a lean manufacturing or 5S environment this is a machine utilisation tool, not a housekeeping item. When clamping components have a fixed home and missing components are visible before setup begins, unplanned delays from missing hardware stop occurring. EDM Wirecut Clamping Kit — T4-TCK-1412B

This is the kit most tool rooms discover they need after they’ve already made the wrong choice.

Standard milling clamps used in a wire-cut EDM environment corrode in the dielectric fluid. Not immediately and not visibly at first — but within weeks, component surfaces degrade, dimensions shift slightly, and clamping contact becomes uneven.
